Unfold two blankets from the original fold and stack one on top of the other. Fold them in half lengthwise, then accordian fold the top and bottom halfs back. That is the cannoli. Take the third blanket and roll it, from the original fold, short end to short end for the achillies rest. line up the cannoli perpendicular to the bolster with the achilles rest on the other side. Sit on the bolster side of the cannoli and lie down so it holds both the back of the pelvis and the back of the head. The bolster will support behind the knees and the roll supports the achillies. Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
