Yoga Practice classes focus on alignment principals based on healthy biomechanics within a fluid movement practice.  These classes are sequenced to expand your movement potential by exploring specific actions, balancing strength and range motion, enhancing breath quality, and deepening the connection to the relaxation response.  Sanctuary “Yoga Practice” classes are for every body! This class is limited to 10 participants.

Explore ways to move with more ease and comfort.  By reconnecting our brain to our bodies,  we are able to release movement patterns that lead to pain and discomfort.  Join Susie and find new, more fluid ways to engage your body. Whether you are in chronic pain, would just like to improve your movement practice, an elite athlete, or beginning to explore movement, this all levels class is for you.

Groundwork creates a foundation for body awareness, suppleness, and healthy movement patterns. It is a great place to start new adventures in movement, or rebuild with core connections from the ground up!

Happy Hips Healthy Core :: wellness series

core connections...

The pelvis is the root source of human creativity and strength. It is also a place we hold a tremendous amount of tension. Inspired by the strength and stability required for horseback riding, this workshop is designed to teach you how to liberate your pelvis using techniques to relieve pain and tension, as well as improve function for the hip joints, pelvic floor, and sacrum. We will play with mindful movement, breath, release work, and core strength from the ground up to support pelvic wellness! This class is limited to 6 participants.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and  sweat in!  


Water bottles are welcome, and we have mats to borrow (although it is best to have your own).  


Please silence cell phones or keep them on buzz if you are on call or have kids at home, and do not worry one bit about walking in late.  


Preregistration is necessary for our regular classes, and for workshops. Make sure you secure your spot.
