Mini Retreat

The pelvis is the root source of human creativity and strength. It is also a place we hold a tremendous amount of tension. Inspired by the strength and stability required for horseback riding, this workshop is designed to teach you how to liberate your pelvis using techniques to relieve pain and tension, as well as improve function for the hip joints, pelvic floor, and sacrum. We will play with mindful movement, breath, release work, and core strength from the ground up to support pelvic wellness! This class is limited to 6 participants.

Wellness from Within

We believe in the natural intelligence of the human body, mind, and heart. It is our work to create experiences that support your innate capacity for healing; for wellness.

Wellness is a process, and crafting a wellness practice is individual and instinctive.

At Sanctuary, we encourage the creation of wellness from within.
