Gong Bath Meditation with Kim Holton

Come immerse yourself in the sounds of the gong. Gongs have long been used for their healing energy, as the complex sounds alter brain waves to promote deep relaxation. We'll start with basic postures followed by a half hour gong bath meditation while lying down—a great opportunity to work on your savasana!

Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with Sarah Williams

Ashtanga Yoga Chikitsa / Primary Series addresses practice from a therapeutic perspective, as well as appreciating the sheer joy and beauty of the body in vigorous movement. In today’s world of extreme stresses, pollution and unnatural environments, this age-old discipline provides an effective means to assist in restoring and maintaining a healthy, balanced existence. Sarah will teach a led, "Yoga Chikitsa" workshop. This will be an opportunity to practice the Ashtanga Primary series in full. Be prepared to sweat, and detox. Be sure to bring water!
Hooray for Headstands! A workshop with Brandi Sadler

Come and play with your balance through stillness and length, as the connections between front and back body, and deep core stability are explored in the funnest way possible – upside down! This workshop will increase your understanding of shoulder mobility and alignment, as well as prepare you for other inversions and backbends. Most importantly, Handstands are incredibly fun. Hooray!!!
