Take Your Yoga Practice on a Roll with Betsy Carlson

In this unique yoga workshop we will use body rolling balls to learn self-myofacial release techniques to decompress joints and elongate muscles—sequences for each part of the body will be learned. Yoga asana will be practiced in between each body rolling progression and will be designed to help you experience and measure the deep releasing effects of the therapy balls. This workshop will help you go deeper, hold poses longer, and increase flexibility, while learning practical techniques for self-care.
Body rolling balls will be provided for the workshop and will be available for purchase. Open to all levels. Please pre-register. This workshop will be limited to 25 people.
