Join us in an exploration of the heart and mind connection through a fusion of eastern and western concepts. Yin Yoga and Strala Yoga are both fantastic tools to cultivate space and radiance. Yin Yoga uses passive poses to allowing for deep openings and a still mind, preparing the body for an active practice. Strala is a Swedish word that means, "to radiate light" and is a flowing yoga system that focuses on moving with ease over posing. The dynamics between these two practices will be focused on supporting a sound, brave heart.

Gong Bath Meditation with Kim Holton

Come immerse yourself in the sounds of the gong. Gongs have long been used for their healing energy, as the complex sounds alter brain waves to promote deep relaxation. We'll start with basic postures followed by a half hour gong bath meditation while lying down—a great opportunity to work on your savasana!
