Sun, 6:00 - 7:15 PM Chanting to the Open Heart: Sunday Sangha with Shana SmithA "sangha" is generally defined as a community or regular gathering of like-minded persons on a path of growth and awakening. Meeting more regularly will allow us to really grow as a group and in our practice. Can't sing? Good! Chanting isn't about singing. It's about spirit, opening your heart, feeling your energy body, and witnessing your true self. You may remain quiet, may hum softly, or may feel your voice swelling with others; you may even feel like dancing! Chants will be performed mostly in English. Come when you can. Sun, 7:30 - 8:45 PM |

The cost for 3 classes is $30 preregistered or $36 the day of the 1st class. See below for available dates and registration. The current Beginners Yoga and Meditation series is underway. We invite all to come in and see our space and to drop by for a schedule of these upcoming happenings. |
