(Moving & Still Meditations) with Nick Utley

Take the time to make time. In this session we will bust out a toolkit of tension relieving practices. Starting with simple flow in the body, leading to various pranayama breath exercises, hand mudras, and then to japa mantra repetition. We will conclude with various guided meditations, ending in a lavish and supportive savasana.
