Kripalu Yoga is a fluid soft form of Yoga. It connects breath with movement, and emphasizes an inward focus.
Yoga Practice classes focus on strong alignment principals within a flow style practice. These classes are sequenced specifically to deepen your practice by exploring specific actions with in each pose.
Gentle Yoga is a Kripalu based practice that encourages relaxation with softer poses, body awareness, and meditation.
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous practice that builds internal heat with a powerfully connected breath and movement sequence.
Yin and Flow practice blends passive poses that accommodate deep openings and encourage meditation with a flow practice.

A practice that includes yang (active) yoga, yin (passive) yoga, with pranayama (and some laughter), this Sunday morning class will focus on different health issues each week combining philosophies from both East and West. Topics include stress reduction, improving digestion, healthy hearts, strong bones and posture, detoxification, peak brain performance, and more. This is an all level class....and a great way to start your week.
